- 作为中草药成分,具有抗伤害和催眠作用,可有效减轻慢性疼痛,用于治疗部分坐骨神经结扎(PSNL)小鼠的神经病理性疼痛和睡眠障碍;用于含量测定、鉴定、药理实验等;具有兴奋中枢神经作用,但毒性很大,腹腔-小鼠LD50为49毫克/公斤。
