- 用途
- Inulicin (1-O-Acetylbritannilactone) is isolated from Inula Britannica L. It inhibits VEGF-mediated Src and FAK activation, angiogenesis, and lung cancer cell growth (A549) in vitro and in vivo (xenograft model). It also suppresses LPS-induced PGE2 production, COX-2 expression, and NF-κB activation in vascular smooth muscle cells.
