- 用途
- (2R,3R,4R,5S,6S)-2-(乙酰氧基甲基)-6-(4-氯-3-(4-乙氧基苄基)苯基)四氢-2H-吡喃-3,4,5-三乙酸酯可用作化工中间体,用于有机合成及实验研究,常用作有机化工原料,可用于制作香料,也是制药工业中合成多种药物的中间体。该物质对环境可能有危害,对水体应特别注意;对眼及上呼吸道有刺激作用,高浓度吸入后轻者有欣快或窒息感,继之出现抑郁、肌无力、呕吐,重者意识丧失、大小便失禁、强直性痉挛、血压下降,误服可致死;长期接触会出现头晕、头痛、失眠、步态不稳及消化道功能紊乱,严重可导致肝肾损害。
