- 作为中草药成分;抑制NF-κB活化;在小鼠哮喘模型中有效减少卵清蛋白诱导的炎症细胞募集、细胞因子及趋化因子产生、血清IgE合成、肺部嗜酸性粒细胞增多、黏液高分泌、肥大细胞脱颗粒和气道高反应性;1mg/kg剂量可显著降低卵清蛋白激发小鼠对乙酰甲胆碱反应的气道阻力并恢复动态顺应性。
