- Cynaropicrin是一种倍半萜内酯,可抑制肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的释放,在鼠和人巨噬细胞的IC50值分别为8.24和3.18μM;抑制软骨降解因子(MMP13)的增加并抑制NF-κB的信号传导;对刀豆蛋白A、植物血凝素、脂多糖诱导的有丝分裂信号有显著抑制作用,IC50值分别为1.20、1.02和0.90μM;以剂量依赖方式抑制CTLL-2细胞增殖,IC50为0.91μM;抑制TNF-α诱导的MMP13 mRNA表达增加;抑制IL-1β诱导的SW1353细胞中HIF-2α mRNA表达增加
