- 多粘菌素B2是一种多肽类抗生素,具有抗细菌活性,特别是对抗革兰氏阴性细菌。Polymyxin B2通过与细菌细胞膜上的脂多糖分子结合,破坏细胞膜的完整性,导致细胞内容物泄漏,从而杀死细菌。Polymyxin B2可用于抗生素开发和治疗耐药菌株的研究。
