Isocryptotanshinone inhibits the constitutive STAT3 and p-STAT3 (Y705) expression in concentration and time-dependent manners. Isocryptotanshinone dramatically inhibits the IL-6-stimulated expression of p-STAT3 (Y705) in a time-dependent manner.
