- 依普利酮是新型选择性醛固酮受体拮抗剂,用于治疗高血压、心力衰竭和心肌梗死,拮抗醛固酮作用强,对雄激素和黄体酮受体亲和力低,不良反应少,可作为螺内酯替代药物,与ACEI和β受体阻滞剂联用可提高严重心衰和心梗患者生活质量并降低死亡率。
