- 作为有效的肌动蛋白聚合反应诱导剂,可稳定先前存在的肌动蛋白丝,与鬼笔环肽竞争性结合 F-肌动蛋白(Kd 值 15 nM);具有抗真菌和抗肿瘤活性;体外研究中,对 PC3 前列腺癌细胞的抗增殖作用 IC₅₀ 为 35 nM,在有丝分裂期间处理 2 小时可产生双核细胞,在弓形虫速殖子中诱导含 F-肌动蛋白的顶端延伸。
