- 盐酸依拉环素是由Tetraphase Pharms公司研发,2018年8月在美国上市,主要用于治疗18岁及以上患者的复杂腹腔内感染,作用机制是与30S核糖亚基结合,防止氨基酸残基在延长肽链中的结合,破坏细菌蛋白的合成。
