- α-突厥酮是一种香精香料，呈果香和花香，有顺式和反式两种异构体，天然品存在于某些植物中。GB 2760--1996规定为允许使用的食品用香料，FEMA使用限量为软饮料、冷饮、糖果、焙烤食品、胶冻、布丁、胶姆糖等均10.0 mg/kg，且被认定为GRAS(FEMA)。可用作日化香精及特殊的烟、茶香精的配制，产品质量要求含量≥85%。
