- 用途
- Sparstolonin B is a selective TLR2 and TLR4 antagonist, blocking TLR2/TLR4-mediated inflammatory signaling. It has anti-HIV and anticancer activities. In vitro, it inhibits neuroblastoma cell growth (SH-SY5Y, IMR-32, NGP, SKNF-1, SK-N-BE(2) cells) at 1-20 µM for 2-4 days, and reduces N-myc expression and ROS generation. In vivo, 100 µg/mouse i.p. suppresses LPS-induced inflammation in C57Bl/6 mice, lowering TNFα and IL-1β.
