- 作为TRPA1的激活剂;其酸酐作为LXRalpha和beta受体的1nM激动剂,在HEK-293细胞中对LXR受体的激活效果比天然配体22-(R)-羟基胆固醇高8-10倍以上;激活秀丽隐杆线虫的SKN-1,与已知Nrf2激活剂α-硫辛酸作用相似,且激活依赖TRPA1;缓解glod-4动物的致病表型,将其内源性MGO和GO水平恢复至接近野生型。
