- Nociceptin是痛敏素受体的内源性配体多肽,具有镇痛作用;体外研究显示其1μg/mL可抑制LPS刺激的细胞迁移,1nM-10μM浓度依赖性阻断LPS介导的细胞迁移,降低IL-1β mRNA水平,诱导U87细胞凋亡,通过β-arrestin 2抑制LPS诱导的Ca²⁺升高及PKC、ERK磷酸化,抑制NF-κB和AP-1转录激活。
