- 用途
- 作为喹诺酮类抗菌药,用于治疗痤疮(粉刺)及其他皮肤感染;对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、化脓链球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌等需氧菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌等厌氧菌有很好的抗菌活性,尤其对痤疮丙酸杆菌的最小抑菌浓度仅为0.78mg/ml,有效率高达81.3%,副作用小。
