- YYA-021是模拟CD4的HIV进入抑制剂,竞争性抑制gp120和CD4的相互作用;体外研究中增强携带分支B临床人免疫缺陷病毒I型(HIV-1)分离出的MNA包膜的猿类-人类人免疫缺陷病毒(SHIV)的中和敏感性;体内研究显示在大鼠和恒河猴中静脉注射具有中等半衰期、广泛组织分布和相对高的体积分布。
