- 作为咖啡Coffea Arabica的成分之一,具有抗炎、抗血管生成和抗癌活性;通过活化AMPK抑制脂肪生成并增加葡萄糖摄取,诱导细胞凋亡;对致癌物激活的肝细胞色素P450酶(CYP450)和硫转移酶(SULT)有抑制趋向,可能减弱致癌物质的激活,起到化学防癌作用;复杂混合物与其纯化单体成分在活性方面表现出明显不同作用;体外研究显示其可降低TGF-β诱导的CTGF蛋白表达、磷酸化Smad2/3表达(AML12细胞),降低TGF-β刺激的磷酸化ERK和JNK表达(原代肝细胞),增加AMPK及其下游靶点ACC的磷酸化,减少PPARγ、C/EBPα、FABP4和FASN的表达
