- 生命科学领域,具有抗肿瘤活性;作为细胞毒性真菌倍半萜,可从 Omphalotus olearius 蘑菇培养基中分离得到,能使 DNA 烷基化;体外研究中,Illudin M (0.01-10 μM; 24-120 hours) 对 Panc-1 胰腺癌细胞、HT-29 结肠腺癌细胞及非恶性人包皮成纤维细胞 (HFs) 显示细胞毒性和凋亡诱导作用,在肿瘤细胞中诱导凋亡率分别为 86% (Panc-1) 和 48% (HT-29),在 HFs 中诱导凋亡率达 89%。
