- 六氯-6-羧基荧光素是荧光基团,激发波长532 nm,发射波长556 nm;可用于标记核酸序列,设计荧光引物;标记的核酸可用氩激光543 nm射线识别,在550和650 nm发射光谱(5 nm带宽)下实现复杂组织或异质细胞群中基因定位。
