- 1. 酵母反选:用于酵母菌质粒清除、质粒穿梭、等位置换和双杂交筛选,利用URA3基因编码的脱羧酶将其转化为有毒的5-氟尿嘧啶实现筛选;2. 检测酵母URA3基因表达;3. 构建酵母双杂交文库;4. 其他酵母遗传学领域(基因替换、可移动遗传因子分析、基因突变鉴定);5. 作为B淋巴母细胞系(如FO细胞系)培养的试剂。
