- 化学合成;作为(1,3)-beta-D-葡聚糖合酶抑制剂作用于真菌细胞壁,对酵母和真菌(隐球菌除外)具有特异性抗真菌活性;其半合成衍生物伊布瑞克芬格(ibrexafungerp)获FDA批准用于治疗侵袭性外阴念珠菌病;对测试的念珠菌和曲霉菌物种MIC小于0.5μg/mL,对隐球菌无活性;以50-200mg/kg腹腔注射小鼠可显著降低肾脏中白色念珠菌菌落数,ED90为90mg/kg
