- 用途
- 化学合成；作为生物活性物质CIL62，是不依赖caspase-3/7的细胞死亡诱导剂，其作用机制是Necrostatin-1依赖性细胞死亡；体外研究中19 µM（5 µg/mL）Necrostatin-1可抑制CIL62，且CIL62不受铁死亡诱导剂（抗氧化剂或铁螯合剂）抑制。
