- 化学合成;作为生物活性物质CIL62,是不依赖caspase-3/7的细胞死亡诱导剂,其作用机制是Necrostatin-1依赖性细胞死亡;体外研究中19 µM(5 µg/mL)Necrostatin-1可抑制CIL62,且CIL62不受铁死亡诱导剂(抗氧化剂或铁螯合剂)抑制。
