- 作为山楂果皮(EPHF)的提取成分之一,含量为179.4 mg/g;EPHF具有强的AChE抑制活性;EPHF表现出强抗氧化和AChE抑制活性(ORAC值:11.65±2.37 μM Trolox equivalents (TE)/mg,DPPH IC50值:6.72 μg/mL,抗AChE活性IC50值:11.72 μg/mL);EPHF对MCF-7和SKOV-3人肿瘤细胞系表现出剂量依赖性的高细胞毒性,IC50分别为2.76和80.11 μg/mL
