- 化学合成;作为胰腺细胞分化诱导剂,抑制肝星状细胞(HSC)并诱导其凋亡;体外实验显示在特定浓度和时间下可诱导分化和抑制DNA合成,促进caspase-3激活;体内实验表明口服给药可减轻肝纤维化。
