- 豆甾醇主要用作甾体激素合成原料(如制备黄体酮),也用于维生素D3生产;作为天然植物甾醇,存在于大豆油等植物油中,具有抗癌、抗炎等生物活性;理化性质稳定,易溶于有机溶剂,不溶于水,可通过溶剂法、溶剂结晶法从混合植物甾醇中提取分离。
