- 非极性溶剂,毒性极低,耐光热、耐强酸强碱,溶解性好,可溶解各种有机、无机、高分子等;在药物制剂中作为辅料添加,提高药物吸收速度,延长作用时间;替代致癌的HMPA,作为高反应性亲核试剂和碱的助溶剂;在烯醇化物形成中具有高Z-选择性;显示非诱变性和安全性。
