- 生命科学领域中用于肿瘤光动力疗法(PDT)的光敏剂;作为叶绿素a的衍生物,具有光动力学活性,可诱导细胞凋亡并抑制肿瘤生长;在体外研究中,2μM作用12小时可抑制PC-3M细胞周期从G0/G1期进展并诱导凋亡(光照剂量55.6 kJ/m²时凋亡率随时间变化),0.2-15μM作用20小时对NCI-h446细胞无显著暗细胞毒性,0.1-15μM作用20小时对NCI-h446细胞介导剂量依赖性光细胞毒性,2-4μM作用0-24小时对NCI-h446细胞诱导时间依赖性凋亡,0.5-4μM作用0-20小时对PC-3M细胞显示光细胞毒性;在体内研究中,15mg/kg经尾静脉注射和局部注射可抑制小鼠PC-3M肿瘤生长,肿瘤体积和重量抑制率分别为尾静脉注射组46.78%、41.84%,局部注射组78.66%、72.07%
