- 用途
- 甘氨胆酸可用作去氢胆酸的中间体,主要用于实验室有机合成和化工医药研发过程,还可用于生化研究、脂酶加速剂、阴离子去除剂(蛋白质溶解)、制备细菌培养基(肠道细菌培养与分离);作为天然次级胆汁酸参与脂肪乳化;体外研究中可增强抗癌药物(如表柔比星)的细胞毒性及诱导凋亡,降低MDR相关基因表达,调节凋亡通路。
