- 6-((1E,3E,5E,7E)-8-((2S,3R,4R,5R)-3,4-二羟基-2,4,5-三甲基四氢呋喃-2-基)-7-甲基辛-1,3,5,7-四烯-1-基)-4-甲氧基-5-甲基-2H-吡喃-2-酮是一种来自Penicillium citreoviride NRRL 2579的毒素,抑制脑突触体Na+/K+ATPase,而在微粒体中,刺激Na+/K+-ATPase和Mg2+-ATPase活性;作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞,抑制细胞增殖并促进凋亡;具有心脏血管毒性、神经毒性、遗传毒性,急性中毒症状主要有瘫痪、麻痹、呕吐和呼吸衰竭
