- 作为苦杏仁中的β-生氰糖苷,吃苦杏仁后会释放氰基导致中毒;存在于杏、苦杏仁等植物种子中,可作为基质用于麦芽糖酶、杏仁酪、β-葡萄糖苷酶等的鉴别、区分与表征;急性毒性口服-大鼠LD50: 522 毫克/公斤,口服-小鼠LD50: 443 毫克/公斤;可燃性危险特性为可燃,受热产生有毒氮氧化物烟雾;储运需库房通风低温干燥,灭火剂为干粉、泡沫、砂土、二氧化碳。
