- 1,4-苯并二恶烷-6-甲醛主要用作有机合成与医药化学中间体,可用于农药分子和生物活性分子的合成。在有机合成转化中,醛基可被还原为羟基或氧化为苯甲酸。制备方法:将3,4-二羟基苯甲醛、1,2-二溴乙烷(或1,2-二氯乙烷)和碳酸铯(或碳酸钾)溶于DMF,加热反应后经萃取、柱色谱分离纯化得到目标产物。
