- 化学合成;假尿苷三磷酸是聚合酶介导的RNA合成中最常用的修饰核苷酸之一。与含有UTP的未修饰的mRNA相比,含Pseudo-UTP的mRNA的显示出更好的核酸酶稳定性,免疫原性和翻译特性。
