- 生命科学;中草药成分;具有口服活性并可穿透血脑屏障,分离于刺五加叶子,具有抗炎作用并增强小鼠个体识别记忆力;体外实验中对RAW 264.7细胞无细胞毒性,抑制NO产生,降低p-ERK和p-JNK表达,剂量依赖性降低COX-2和iNOS mRNA表达;体内实验中口服给药0.5 mg/kg/天,17天可强化小鼠物体识别记忆;来源于刺五加干燥根茎,白色结晶粉末,可溶于甲醇、乙醇、DMSO等有机溶剂。
