- 6-氮杂胸腺嘧啶是有效的D-3-氨基异丁酸酯-丙酮酸氨基转移酶抑制剂,可抑制DNA生物合成,具有抗菌和抗病毒活性;体外研究显示其是粪链球菌等微生物生长的竞争性拮抗剂,可转化为相应脱氧核苷;体内研究表明其在小鼠体内可代谢为多种衍生物,同时作为医药生物化工中间体。
