- 化学合成;作为BRD4抑制剂(PROTAC),用于生物活性研究,在伯基特氏淋巴瘤细胞和AML细胞中诱导c-MYC水平及下游细胞增殖和凋亡变化,在移植有人源白血病细胞的小鼠模型中降低白血病负荷并延长生存期,与JAK抑制剂联用对sAML细胞有协同致死作用,可诱导ruxolitinib耐药细胞凋亡。
