- Taltobulin trifluoroacetate (HTI-286 trifluoroacetate) is used in life sciences, particularly as an antimicrotubule agent for inhibiting tumor cell growth. It inhibits the growth of 18 tumor cell lines (leukemia, ovarian, NSCLC, breast, colon, melanoma) with low IC50 values in vitro, and inhibits human tumor xenograft growth in athymic nu/nu mice in vivo.
