- 生命科学;中草药成分,具有抗肿瘤活性;作为微管稳定剂,在体外对过表达 p 糖蛋白 (Pgp) 和多药耐药蛋白 (MRP7) 的细胞系具有显著的抑制作用,抑制 SK-OV-3 细胞生长的 IC50 值为 208 nM,靶点为 microtubule。
