- 5,6-trans-Vitamin D3 (5,6-trans-Cholecalciferol;5,6-trans-Colecalciferol) 是维生素 D3 的光产物,代谢激活后能诱导细胞分化和癌细胞增殖。在体外研究中,通过测定其对 3H-胸苷掺入 DNA 的影响,发现 5,6-trans-vitamin D3 仅在 10(-6) M 时诱导显著抑制,其维生素 D 受体(VDR)的解离常数为 560 nM。
