- 生命科学;中草药成分,具有抗衰老活性;作为乌药碱的类似物,其衍生物去甲乌药碱在临床上主要作为抗心律失常药使用,具有强心、血管舒张、气管舒张、减少器官缺血再灌损伤、抗血小板聚集和血栓形成、抗炎及免疫调节等药理作用;体内研究显示其可影响小鼠脑内多巴胺代谢产物水平并阻断突触后多巴胺受体。
