- 用途
- 化学合成;作为有效的、选择性的、口服活性视黄素X受体(RXR)激动剂,对RXR-α、RXR-β、RXR-γ有高亲和力,用于肺癌研究;体外在RAW264.7细胞中(100 nM-1 μM,24小时)下调CSF3及减少CXCL2、IL-1β mRNA表达;体内在A/J小鼠中(口服饮食,100 mg/kg,每日一次,7周)与卡铂联用显著降低平均肿瘤负荷,减少肺肿瘤生长。
