- M 1145游离态是一种选择性甘丙肽受体2型(GAL2)激动剂,Ki为6.55 nM,对GAL2亲和力是GAL1的90倍以上、GAL3的76倍以上,对甘丙肽信号转导具有加性效应,体外研究中0.1 μM及以上浓度可产生最大信号转导效应,通过刺激表达GalR2的CHO细胞中肌醇磷酸(IP)生成检测信号转导,EC50为38 nM。
