- 用途
- MAFP is a selective, irreversible inhibitor of cPLA2 and iPLA2; it is also an effective irreversible anandamide amidase inhibitor and a ligand for the CB1 cannabinoid receptor. In vitro, it inhibits iPLA2 with an IC50 of 5 μM in P388D1 cells after 5 min preincubation at 40°C, and shows selectivity for anandamide amidase (3000 and 30000-fold more potent than chymotrypsin and trypsin, respectively), and displaces [3H]CP-55940 binding to CB1 with an IC50 of 20 nM (vs 40 nM for anandamide).
