- 用途
- CD3254 is a selective RXR agonist. In vitro studies show it induces similar malformation phenotypes in zebrafish embryos: 20 μg/L for 5 days, or 50/100 μg/L for 1 day. Survival decreased by 19.1% in 100 μg/L (1d), and no hatching occurred in 100 μg/L (5d) or 1 mg/L (1d) groups.
