- 作为分析试剂、荧光测定试剂和HPLC标记用,与伯胺反应形成高荧光性化合物,用于荧光检测氨基酸、蛋白质和蛋白水解酶;蛋白测序分析。在pH=9、室温条件下与氨基酸和蛋白质的伯氨基反应形成稳定、高荧光、低背景的复合物,试剂本身水解成不带荧光产物。
