- 化学合成;MI-2-2是一种有效的menin-MLL抑制剂,以低纳摩尔亲和力(Kd=22 nM)与menin结合,能非常有效地破坏menin和MLL之间的二价蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用,在MLL白血病细胞中具有特异且显著的活性,包括抑制细胞增殖、下调Hoxa9表达和分化。
