- 作为泛极光激酶抑制剂,具有抗慢性粒细胞白血病及难治性转移性前列腺癌的活性;对HL-60细胞有抗肿瘤作用;可通过干扰细胞有丝分裂与产生多倍体抑制肝癌细胞与胰腺癌细胞增殖;在急性早幼粒细胞白血病等急性髓细胞白血病治疗中具有潜在应用价值;用于化学合成。
