- 生命科学;化学合成,甾类化合物中间体。11α-孕酮是11β-羟基孕酮(HY-N2337)的类似物,可作为实验中的对照化合物。11β-羟基孕酮是11β-羟基甾类脱氢酶(11β-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase)的有效抑制剂;同时在COS-7细胞中激活人类盐皮质激素受体,ED50值为10 nM。
