- 在肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞中由5-脂氧合酶从花生四烯酸合成,该酶同时具有脂氧合酶和LTA4合酶活性;被LTA4水解酶或LTC4合酶快速代谢为LTB4或LTC4;来自白细胞的LTA4在血小板、红细胞和内皮细胞中进行跨细胞代谢;被15-LO进一步代谢,导致脂氧素生物合成;甲酯稳定,可根据需要轻松水解为游离酸
