- Cyclosporin D是Cyclosporin A的代谢产物,是一种弱免疫抑制剂;作为Cyclosporin A定量的内标;抑制钙调磷酸酶和钙调磷酸酶依赖性转录因子激活的T细胞核因子(NFAc)来抑制T细胞活化;在体外抑制Ca²⁺/钙调蛋白依赖性EF-2磷酸化;在体内是佛波酯TPA诱导的小鼠皮肤生物学效应的强效抑制剂
