- 用途
- 千金藤素是从防己科植物头花千金藤、地不容中分离提取的双节基异喹啉生物碱,具有抗肿瘤、抗疟疾、抑菌、调节免疫功能等作用,在临床上用于防治肿瘤患者因放、化疗及其他原因所致的白细胞减少症,还可部分逆转白血病细胞多药耐药性,增强机体免疫功能活性,在日本和国内均有临床应用历史,无明显毒副作用。
